Mr. Tim Corkum
Director, Information Technology
Mr. Corkum's 30 plus years of IT experience at several firms is leveraged throughout the GMD organization in developing standard and customized application solutions for life sciences companies. His deep understanding of UNIX, Linux and Microsoft operating systems along with extensive system validation knowledge has allowed him to implement and manage a wide range of IT solutions for our clients. Having this in-house benefit allows GMD to provide timely, innovative and cost efficient responses to our clients' information management needs.

Ms. Mona Salesse, B.Sc.
Director, Scientific Affairs
As Scientific Affairs Director, Ms. Salesse oversees the activities of five functional areas. Her team provides regulatory and quality consulting services to domestic and global clients. The department is also involved in clinical operations, from project management to distribution of clinical trial drug. Other activities falling under her responsibilities include pharmacovigilance and medical information.

Ms. Salesse started her career in research, and then joined the pharmaceutical industry where she held various positions over the years. She has over 20 years experience in roles such as Clinical Research, Regulatory Affairs, Quality Assurance, Pharmacovigilance, Medical Information and Compliance. Mona joined the GMD team in 2010.

Ms. Sally Bibic
Sales Manager, Ophthalmic Direct
Ms. Bibic has over 15 years experience in the pharmaceutical industry; prior to joining Ophthalmic Direct, she worked with both CIBA Vision Canada and Novartis Ophthalmic in various sales and marketing roles. She was a part of the 2007 launch of Lucentis® into the Canadian market place. This experience has provided her with a comprehensive insight on the Customer Service side of the Ophthalmic Direct business. Ms. Bibic uses this experience to develop many unique platforms that help companies, physicians and patients gain access to products that are unavailable or difficult to obtain via retail pharmacy channels that require tight inventory control, or require special authorization for insurance coverage.

Ms. Sharon K. Singh, Hons. B.Sc.
Director, Customer Experience and Implementation
Ms. Singh is the Director of Customer Experience and Implementation at GMD. She oversees GMD’s Customer Service Department to ensure clients receive best-in-class service. Additionally, she is involved in leading the supply chain management initiatives at the firm. Ms. Singh has over 15 years of experience in the medical devices, healthcare and biotechnology sectors, including leadership roles in customer relations, sales, and marketing. Prior to joining GMD, Ms. Singh was a Director of Customer Care at Cardinal Health Canada and was a recipient of the President’s Circle award in 2012.

During her career, Ms. Singh also served as a National Product Manager at Stryker Canada, National Sales Manager at Qiagen Canada, and Regional Sales Manager at Invitrogen Canada. She holds an Honors Bachelor of Science degree (Biology) from McMaster University.

Mr. Sean Quinn
Warehouse Manager
Mr. Quinn is Warehouse Manager at GMD Distribution Inc. and has over 15 years experience in managing the day-to-day operations of a warehouse facility in the healthcare industry. Previously, he was Senior Manager of Operations at VDI Healthcare Inc. This experience, combined with his extensive knowledge of GMP guidelines, has allowed Mr. Quinn to deliver timely, cost effective solutions for the always-changing logistical needs of our clients. Sean is a key part in the implementation process of new client set up.

Sean also manages the development and training of the warehouse team, and is continually seeking new ways to increase productivity and efficiency in his own department while cooperating with the needs of our other departments.

Mr. Everett Payne
Director, Pharmacy Operations
With over 5 years of management experience, Mr. Payne has a well-developed understanding of the role management plays in a pharmaceutical environment. In his current position at GMD, Mr. Payne is responsible for the operations including, but not limited to, financials, budgeting, marketing, employee management, purchasing, and customer retention. He specializes in managing ophthalmic platforms and is a large asset for GMD’s Ophthalmic Direct program. Prior to joining GMD, Mr. Payne worked for McKesson Canada where he was the recipient of the 2012 Employee of the Year Award.

Mr. Payne’s ultimate focus is to lead his team of employees towards achieving the goal of maximizing productivity and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Ms. Monique Rogers, Hons BA.
Sr. Manager, Patient Programs
Ms. Rogers oversees the operations of GMD’s Patient Support Programs, including implementation, the day-to-day management and client relations. She is responsible for ensuring Programs are delivering un-paralleled level of service that clients expect from GMD.

Ms. Rogers has 10 years’ experience in Pharmaceutical Patient Support Programs and Market Access, most of which have been spent in leadership roles. She has managed Market Access teams and Support Programs across a wide range of therapeutic areas. Over the years, she has had the opportunity to work on a vast array of Programs, gaining valuable experience, while contributing to their success.

She holds an Honors Bachelor degree in French and Spanish Studies from York University.
